My name is Eduardo Rodriguez and after 32 years of hard work, dedication, and support from my family and friends, I finally opened my own business. I came to the United States in 1989. I began working in different fields in the first couple of years but nothing in those fields was what I was looking for. Searching for a right fit, but nothing was catching my attention. I then decided to give the restaurant business a chance. At that moment, I found I was passionate for the business and I fell in love with the restaurant concept. Customer service and great quality of food is what I love to deliver to my customers and friends.
